We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. No hidden fees at checkout.
What happens if my package is lost?
If your package is lost in transit, we will resend your order free of charge or issue a full refund. Please get in touch with our support team for assistance.
I entered a wrong address - what should i do?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, reach out to us immediately so we can correct it. Once an order has been shipped, we unfortunately can’t change the address.

What is Luxora return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
How do I return an item?
If we sent the wrong item, please get in touch with us right away with photos. We’ll ship you the correct product immediately at no extra cost.
What if I can’t find the product I want on your website?
No problem! Just send us a picture of the product on WhatsApp or by email and we’ll source it and add it for you right away if possible!
